Every effort is made to provide a punctual, reliable service. Facilities for receiving frozen, chilled, perishable goods are provided on Cleggan Pier at the designated cargo area at Joyce's Pier. Two small secure containers are provided for receiving and transporting delicate goods. Palleted cargo is carried.

Suppliers of palleted cargo must ensure that pallets are presented in a secure way (wrapped).

Every effort is made to keep the working areas of the piers at Cleggan and Inishbofin in a clean condition. Co operation from customers regarding the removal of waste packaging from the pier areas is appreciated.

The following are handling options for  various cargo items. These will be reviewed and amended as necessary during the contract period. Suggestions from customers as to these options are appreciated.
